RULES  FOR  ENTRY

All ages are as at the 31^st December of each year.

All times must be gained at either;-

a)     A club gala, such as the Notts League, the Diddy League or the Club Championships.  Time trial times are not accepted.  In all cases there must be two Qualified Time Keepers for the time to be valid if electronic timing is not available.

b)     A Derbyshire, Midland or National ASA event such as the Derbyshire Age Group and Youth Championships in March or Derbyshire Sprints in November.

c)     An Open Meet using either electronic timing or two qualified timekeepers

All times must be verified with either a copy of the results sheet or with a reference to electronic results, such as Sportsystems or the ASA Database,  which should be handed to the Secretary or Recorder for action.

Any mistakes or missed details should be presented to the Secretary or Recorded in writing for investigation.

 Special Note;- 

It has taken a great deal of time and effort to compile these and there may be mistakes.  If you do find any, please get in touch with Jenny Oates (Club Secretary), and I will be pleased to try and sort it out for you.
